We process our orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched from our atelier. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at studio@rikaauracandle.com.
Due to the delicate and consumable nature of our hand-poured botanical candles, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
If your cancellation request is approved or a return for a damaged item is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-7 business days).
Gift cards, limited release items, and items purchased during a promotional sale are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
