All our luxury botanical soy candles are hand-poured. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our Mumbai atelier within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
We partner with Shiprocket to ensure secure and timely delivery across India. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3-4 days.
We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹120 on all orders below ₹2500. For orders of ₹2500 and above, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within India.
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an email containing your Shiprocket Tracking ID (AWB Number). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress online.
We take extreme care in packaging our luxury products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@rikaauracandle.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
